At Noggin Boss, we want you to wear your oversized hat with pride and confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your Noggin Boss hat securely in its original shipping box to ensure it maintains its shape and structure during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or shipment once the inspection is complete.
